Message I always kicked the idea around but put it out of my head for this and that reason but what are your thoughts on using an electric motor to pull intercooler air out the backside similiar to an electric fan on a radiator. One could make a smaller type shroud for optimum pull on the backside of the intercooler. I originally worried that the intercoolers would get soo hot they would either cause premature failure on the smaller electric motors or even partially/fully melt to the rear of the intercoolers. I just shot the question out to a few guys and they made a good argument about the stock ram airflow (after fabbing large exits in the fender louvers and better initial entry ducts fabbing) that it would be so similiar it wouldn't be a difference. I don't think I could say we as dual SMIC users could use it as a better upgrade to just our normal idea of upgrading SMIC with upgraded ducts but how bout for another application...like a single SMIC.
I have seen this done on a few other applications ( a few Grand Nationals and an older Starion) but wanted to ask you about it. I also noticed that there are kits coming out among the more "tuner" manufacturers that provide electric fans on their intercoolers but on the frontside.

Any thoughts? I know it's kinda a ramble but just wanted to see if you had any input as you are one of the best fabbers I know. Thanks in advance.
